1. What is Masterpiece Sales Management software?
It’s a software that enables smooth and structured communication between sales staff and their sales managers; allowing for effective teamwork. Sales Management also allows a budget entry for each sales account for sales value determination and subsequently generates reports for managers. Reports can be update by sales staff and managers from anywhere, anytime; provided they have internet access and a browser.

2. How can Sales Management (SM) assist my company?
Sales Management enables you to create Client’s database with detailed information. With Sales Management service, the Manager or Person –in-Charge of the company has the ability to set the sales target for it’s sales representative and view their progress and records all based on Sales management. From the Client’s database, Sales Management is able to send out customized quotation directly from the database itself via Email to the Client. UCAR (User Control Access Right) setting is an available.

3. Where can I download the application?
Masterpiece is Web-Based software. We will provide the domain name for accessing into our software with login name and password. Software is supported by most of the browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefow, Google-Chrome, Safari and many more. Users do not need to download any application.

4. What if I lose my password?
i. If you have forgotten your password, go to BizApp Store Login pade, click “Forget your password?
ii. Enter your username and click Submit. The system will send your password to your registered email.
iii. Please check and retrieve your password from the email. For security reason, it is advisable to change your password immediately.

5. How can I purchase Masterpiece
i. You can login to http://www.tm.com.my/sme/BizAppStore/Pages/home.aspx
ii. Register as a user for BizApp Store. After registration, you may select our product and click on “Buy Now”


6. How can I view the reports?
Sales representation, Managers or Person-in-Charge of the company are able to print or view the sales statistic at the Reports section.

7. Can I select particular Sales Representative for different privileges in accessing to all the features or particular features?
Yes, UCAR (User Control Access Rights) will do all the setting such as; selecting manually of the accounts of the person involved, and updated via Email on any changes or updates.

8. Where can I reset UCAR setting?
Only the Administrator’s account can make the changes to UCAR under system “Profile” section

9. How can I save my copy of customer database from Sales Management?
Only the Administrator’s account is able to export the database in CSV format from Sales Management. To export the databse, go to “Admin”, “Export Data”, filter the Manager’s database you want to save.
